“I have taken my vehicle here for oil changes and brake jobs for years and have never had 1 complaint. If there have been any issues, they have been proactive and addressed them accordingly. Just this week I called them at 9am and told them I needed my oil changed and tires rotated, and they came within 10 minutes to pick up my truck from work and brought it back after lunch! “I was told by Walmart that my Honda CRV had a huge oil leak, therefore they couldn't change the oil. I went to Rapid and they immediately took care of my Honda CRV. I felt like it had gotten the Spa treatment, it happened to be Lady's day Tuesday and they even topped the steering fluid and found that it wasn't a huge oil leak after all . It was a very small oil leak. All staff were friendly and gave fantabulous service. Thank you guys, great job!!!!”
“My information center indicated LOW TIRE PRESSURE. Yesterday, I had the 2nd service completed on our Honda that included rotating and balancing the tires. I was not near the dealership and was on the way to 2 important medical appointments. I didn’t know if a tire was actually low or going flat soon. I pulled into ONE STOP across from our first appointment and asked for help. A very kind gentleman checked all tire pressures. They were OK. Next, he checked the settings on my screen for Tire Pressure Monitoring System and recalibrated the sensors. This solved the problem and the warning indicator turned off and I was able to proceed to our appointments.All at no cost. I am very grateful and recommend their services.”

“I got my oil changed for $25. They want you to buy and bring the parts you need. So the total cost was about $70.00, which is a really good price for oil, oil filter and air filter plus labor.
They are a small business. It's the second time I've gone to them. The first time, I was losing air out of a tire. I went to them. The man took the tire off, showed me the problem, fixed it, and charged me $10.00. What do I know? He could have told me I needed a new tire! But he didn't, and it was a work van. That day, I decided they would always get my business.”
