I was told I had struts that were leaking and Jake said to bring it in to verify that was the case. After scheduling an appointment we dropped my wife's car off and he said it would take about a day. Jake called me to let me know that he was running into a slight problem and it would take just a little longer than expected. When I went to pick it up he explained exactly why it took longer but that did not change the quote I was given originally. “Great Experience!!!! my daughter attends University of Georgia and she had car trouble where it had to be towed, I picked out Francisco’s place since it is very close to UGA and I don’t regret it, he worked with us to received the car and he did warned me that they were very busy and that it would be two days before they could get to it. At the end it turned out to be a dirty air sensor that they were able to clean and get the car back on the road. My daughter picked the car up and it’s been running good since (that was 4 weeks ago) and the price was very reasonable. I am glad I found Francisco’s shop, I feel like it’s a place I can trust, especially when you can’t be there and you have to do things over the phone”

“I had a tire going flat and was in need of a replacement. I pulled in and the guys there were quick to get my tire changed out with a great used tire at a great price. It doesn't stop there. They noticed that I had an issue with my other tire and recommended that I rotate the one tire to the back. They did all that for me. A few days later, I had another blow out and was very close to their shop. I called them and they informed me they were about to close, but told me to come on in and they'd take care of me. I was able to just make it to the shop with the flat, and again they got me a suitable used tire at an affordable price. The people here care about their customers.They provide above quality service at prices that are affordable for all budgets. But price and money shouldn't be the thing you know about this place.
