The customer service was wonderfully cheerful, and I had the great good fortune to be able to open my accounts with Ms. Lisyah Owens-Lavista; absolutely the best banking experience I've had in quite a long while. She was charming, professional, and gave me all the information I needed to plan my financial business with them. (And she kept her sense of humor!)
