About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental in Atlanta offers great value and rates on a wide variety of popular new cars, trucks, and vans. Reviews note the vehicles tend to be newer, with more features and options, and are clean and spacious. The rental process is often described as quick and flawless, with cars available immediately and charges exactly as quoted. Many customers find the overall rental to be cheaper than alternatives like ride-sharing.
The experience at the counter is typically smooth, with staff described as professional, customer friendly, helpful, and top notch. The Fastbreak service is noted as being pretty quick. However, some reviewers mention that employees were not very friendly, though they did their job. The facility at the airport is easily accessed via the sky train, but some signage and the route to return cars can be a little confusing. A rare issue involved a reservation not having a car ready, but staff handled the situation well, providing a different vehicle. In the event of an emergency, the roadside assistance team is reported as very professional and kind, helping to resolve issues without any problems.

Poor service, un knowledgeable agents, rented an extremely smokey car that reeked of tobacco and marijuana. Had to drive from Atlanta to Columbus Georgia and all the way back to Atlanta to change the car out with barely any apology and no discount for being given such a stinky car.

Do not get a car here. I had a reservation and when I arrived they said 2 hour wait for a car. I was not notified ahead of time. They just waited for me to show up.
