BUDGET totally sucks. I guess you get what you pay for. Had to stand in slow lines 3 separate times in Atlanta, then wait 30 minutes for a car to arrive. We signed up online for fast break and got treated like crap. WILL NEVEN E NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

After 30 minutes in line they had no car. 2 hour delay.

Excellent service from the staff. Smooth and easy collection. The 15 seater van was very basic with no satnav or Bluetooth. Could do with purchasing better vans such as Ford. But great overall experience.
