“Busy location near the airport, staff was courteous and efficient. Lobby was full of people when I arrived, but it was because a bunch of people were returning and picking up at the same time. A few customers were getting frustrated but the delays they were experiencing were caused by other customers not having documents they needed or arguing with staff over policies out of their control, etc. I’ve rented here several times and never have any issues myself.”

“We ordered a Pick Up truck in advance and we rented it for 6 days. We did the check in fast and easy, we didn’t have to go to the counter. Love That! Only problem we had was we wanted to drive the Truck to Fort Lauderdale and drop it off at Fort Lauderdale Airport and they wouldn’t let us because they don’t let you rent one way. We returned the Truck two days early without any problems! Our friends Mark and Colin drove us home to Fort Lauderdale!”

“When my fiancé and I flew down from MT to GA to see our son graduating infantry school with limited funds left, we were supposed to have a fox rental and unable to get it due to not having an actual credit card, all we have are debit cards and they don’t accept those even though it was already paid for online with one. So we’re walking around to three others as well trying to figure something out and I’m on the verge of tears. Finally we get to Ace and we come to the counter and miss Ebone helped us out beyond words. She was absolutely incredible and said don’t worry I’ll get you guys a car and you’ll be able to see ur son graduate! Also said God brought you guys to me for a reason, I know it! I cried in joy by the end of it all cause we were so grateful for her and everything she did for us and how amazingly nice she was! We even tried to see her and thank her by the end of the wk before our flight home left but she wasn’t on shift until that afternoon. So thank you miss Ebone from the bottom of our hearts, we had a great time with our son! Hugs from us all! We are so thankful and greatful for you coming into our lives that day!”
“I was hesitant from the reviews but its literally nothing like what people said. The only con i had was waiting an hour but this location isn’t like a regular rental place they have a different system. I was priced maybe $90 more than what Uber quoted but that’s because Uber quotes DOES NOT include insurance, you don’t have to get it but you’ll be responsible if anything happens to the car. Mrs. Flo was literally AMAZING, she has a beautiful spirit and once we started she got me in and out. The car is nice and was clean. I will do business with them again!!”
