“I rented a mid size car from Alamo through Expedia. Booking was very easy but locating the Alamo desk for pick up was a little frustrating but not Alamo's fault. ATL is huge and Alamo was not located in the same area as the other rental desks, it was a little bit further walk. Aside from the long walk, the process was easy. Picking your own car was weird, nobody to walk around the car to assess existing damage. I picked a Corolla which was really nice, less then 5k miles, drive great and good gas mileage. Check in was just as easy, pull in and leave the keys on the dash, no walk through process and the inspection and final invoice were emailed. I topped off the tank at Racetrac off Camp Creek, closet gas station and an easy turn around to return the car.”

“I just have to give a BIG shoutout to the team that helped me out in Atlanta airport. Thank you Garry, Leann, Shawn, and Morales! I had a morning flight come into Atlanta from Philadelphia at 10:30am, upon arrival I saw my flight was delayed 8 HOURS! I had to cancel the flight due to the fact that an 8 hour wait was just not possible. I then booked a car online with AVIS, in which I was told there were no available cars, the third party booking was wrong. Enterprise was a no go as well, and that is when I tried Europcar. At first Leann and Garry informed me that due to my situation there was nothing they could do to help me. After a quite embarrassing cry, I was defeated and ready to go to the greyhound. That is when Garry told me they were actually able to help! I am now happily writing this on my way to Orlando, Florida to say thank you! Europcar make sure you give Garry, Leann, Shawn, and Morales my biggest thanks!”

“When my fiancé and I flew down from MT to GA to see our son graduating infantry school with limited funds left, we were supposed to have a fox rental and unable to get it due to not having an actual credit card, all we have are debit cards and they don’t accept those even though it was already paid for online with one. So we’re walking around to three others as well trying to figure something out and I’m on the verge of tears. Finally we get to Ace and we come to the counter and miss Ebone helped us out beyond words. She was absolutely incredible and said don’t worry I’ll get you guys a car and you’ll be able to see ur son graduate! Also said God brought you guys to me for a reason, I know it! I cried in joy by the end of it all cause we were so grateful for her and everything she did for us and how amazingly nice she was! We even tried to see her and thank her by the end of the wk before our flight home left but she wasn’t on shift until that afternoon. So thank you miss Ebone from the bottom of our hearts, we had a great time with our son! Hugs from us all! We are so thankful and greatful for you coming into our lives that day!”

“I left my cell phone in the car and went to the tram and realized it. After panic set in, I ran back and told them. The car was gone but they located my phone and had it back to me in a few minutes. I wish I had gotten the young man's name but everyone there was very nice throughout the experience. Highly recommend Enterprize.”
