“The whole experience was great. I booked an appointment online, the process was extremely easy and I was able to be pierced within hours of making my appointment. When I arrived, Christian (the piercer) was working at the front desk. He was very cordial and was able to accommodate me earlier than my scheduled appointment time. The establishment is very clean and I feel as though he used adequate and appropriate sterile techniques. I was very comfortable with the whole experience. Christian was very knowledgeable about the piercing I wanted and made sure I was happy with the placement before proceeding. Not only is he an artist, but he has an eye for detail and precision. I felt very comfortable and confident with his recommendations regarding the jewelry and piecing placement. The appointment was short, sweet and efficient. Definitely would return and recommend.”

“I had my clasp on my gold chain that wouldn’t close. Called first to make sure they fix that type of thing and was told 90% of the time we can repair the existing which is $25 if not then it’s more. I can- dropped off my chain and picked it up an hour later- good to go. Mind you I was traveling and tried to go to another jeweler out of town- was quoted $150. This is now my go to repair shop. Will take in some watches that need a battery next.”
