They stayed with me and the problem until it was solved. Specifically taking the time to research the problem, finding out tge source of the problem and then solving it. Marquez took the time to imitate the action to find a resolution, took responsibility because it turns out that the onus was on DHL and provided updates and clear communication until the problem was solved. Most people like coming here, they're not perfect. But most of these one star comments you must have went to another building. Especially somebody talking about ringing a doorbell. There are no doorbells over here for dropping a package and leaving. If you waited 6 hours here to get loaded, you need to talk to your broker, because they probably sent you here too early and the freight was not here yet. Don't blame it on DHL.”
