“My experience with extra space on Old National was stupendous! Great customer service from Rasheeda and Tiara. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me sometimes I could ask 1000 questions. They both were willing to answer all thousand questions.”

“Ms. Bekki is awesome and I appreciate her help with my moving needs. I pretty much needed some sort of resource in every area of the store, from tv boxes, to locks to inside storage to outside storage and the supplies provided were reasonably priced and useful. The bathroom was by far one of the cleanest in a retail facility and the location is very secure even when arriving at 6am to handle moves. I like the attention to detail that was taken when the security systems at U-haul facilities were thought up. If you have outside storage its also enclosed behind a gate with video security. I wanted to give the location 5 stars, but I did have some issues with my U-boxes that made access and loading difficult- then when I moved out of my storage unit, it was tagged vacant during my leased period but not removed from my account.

I would recommend this location to anyone, but I do have limitations that made having to go into the facility and speak with someone about issues problematic.”

“I'm so happy to give Ms Lynn this review. This is the best u-haul rental experience in Atlanta. We rented from 450 Washington a few years ago and it was a breeze. In the time since then, I rented from a couple other u-haul locations in the area. Last Friday I decided to go back to the 4540 Washington location and going forward, it's the only location I'll ever rent from. Ms Lynn and her team represent the brand with excellence. She has thought through every detail of the renter's experience so wherther you're techy and use the app or whether you prefer the in-person check-in, you'll be well cared for. Huge congrats to Ms Lynn and her team and a huge thanks for making this moving day go so smoothly.”

“It took more than 45 minutes to be seen and checked out. People behind me were there more than an hour because only one person was working in truck rental.Even checking out on line doesn't speed the process because when you arrive at the location the manager doesn't even check online for anything other than reservations.We are told to skip pickup by checking in online. No it doesn't help, and when I arrived in Atlanta there was no large storage spaces available although at the time of reservation rental my space was available and guaranteed. When I asked someone to check other locations for me I was told it was first come first serve and they only saved it for 30 minutes.People were online holding for as long as an hour and extremely angry. Online services were not very helpful. Cut back in employees is not good for this company rep.”
