“I can’t remember the young lady’s name who helped me to rent the truck, but she was very professional and polite. When I turned the truck in, I did get Donnikquia’s name, and she was awesome! She really looked out for me to make sure I was charged fairly, due to some confusion about some things. She was pleasant, respectful and explained everything that would happen. I truly appreciated her customer service, and the time she took to evaluate the situation. Each time I have utilized this location, I’ve always gotten excellent customer service, and never had any issues with erroneous charges, payment, or the equipment itself. Highly recommend!”
