Sometimes I ask myself why in Atlanta these businesses operate so slow, rude customer service, place dirty, never enough people. It is almost like people don’t care about work or anything. They don’t appreciate their jobs. Why why why??? And this economy will get harder 😳 it seems that these businesses run by themselves with no managers or nothing on the south side, because people do what they feel like doing in these places with no leaders.

The worst USPS ever. I came to this location to pickup my packages that has a tracking number and they are refusing to give me my packages or any mail. The carrier continuously lies saying that my place is vacant when it is evident that someone lives here. If the cars weren’t an indication of someone living here then the green card in the mailbox with my name and address that USPS requested me to fill out should have been. Then the supervisor or whoever she thinks she is was extremely rude and literally stated “ we won’t be delivering your packages for a while”. It is not legal for you to withhold someone’s mail just because you are mad.

Y’all have my package and never said anything. I just realized my shipping label was UPS. I pray y’all didn’t steal my package. I’ve been calling and can’t even reach y’all. Sad. Our community is just sad.

If there was an option to do zero stars, that is what I would have done. This post office on Godby Road is absolutely horrendous. They close whenever they want (yesterday at 3:45pm). They are rude as hell and have no customer service etiquette. There’s always only one lobby clerk and no matter what time you go, the lines are always long. Be prepared to wait no less than 45-60 minutes.

Someone is stealing my mail. I’ve had 3 cards stolen from the post office. They never made it to my mailbox. Someone just tried to activate one of them. This is the 3rd time since December. It’s an inconvenience and a security breach if someone is stealing mail from the inside. Handle this issue USPS! I filed 2 complaints and have not gotten any response whatsoever.

Worst post office on earth!! My business is right down the street. Everytime I come here the line is out the door and only one customer service representative. I came last week and waited forever again, got ready to leave and a lady had my car blocked in. I came back to the lobby and asked who was driving the truck that had me blocked in very politely. The customer service chic yells at me " sir don't come in my lobby with all that" I said are you talking to me , and she says yes. I said ma'am I am just trying to leave out the parking lot...well this is a federal building and yak yak yak. She was so nasty, everyone was just in shock! I wish I knew her name so I could put her on blast. Said she had been working here 25 years and it shows!

Be prepared to be in here 30 mins or more. This post office always has 1 worker who takes her precious time on purpose & is very rude by the way.

Why can’t there be more than one customer service agent working the lobby??? This is ridiculous! Understaffed is an understatement! This not only is a reflection of how the USPS views the community it’s serving but the employees who work there! Deplorable!

Had the displeasure of watching the horrible “Auntie MS OJAY” nasty attitude yell at everyone in the post office repeatedly…she made elderly and disabled customer leave the lobby repeatedly stating there were to many customers…she slowed down checking customers out because it was close to 5pm…perhaps she needs to be back on a truck being chased by dogs regularly…human beings are not her specialty

Yes long wait times is the new normalm post covid, but when you are greeted and helped by the lovely Ms. OJAY you walk away satisfied. She has assisted me a few times in the past and each time she was pleasant and very professional. You rock Ms.Ojay!

This is the worst post office at all times…… the staff is very unprofessional and rude April 4 2024 10:30 am the lady was rude unprofessional she was very ghetto hung up the phone and I’m a paying customer since 2016 but hey you won’t get another dime from me.. they open and close when they want no access to my mail or post box as a paying customer I’m on their time the location was closed 4 days in a row unable to contact anyone and when you do get on the phone with them then they customer service is so horrible to everyone don’t waste your energy with this location should be shutdown and everyone who’s a paying customers should sue tgus location

They close whenever they feel like it even tho the sign says 5pm and open whenever they feel like it. There's always one person at the desk and the lines are always long.

The slowest, understaffed post office ever! It makes no sense to only have 1 person working the counter when the line is always out the door! Hopefully I won’t have to return to this location again to pick up anything. Smh
