“We love living here. It’s peaceful and nice. I feel safe and office staff . The only problem being in 17A is the big hill facing where we park is so flooded when it rains. We have put in a requested that maintenance to work on it but no response.”

“Pros: The maintenance crew is awesome and they always responded to my requests in less than 2 days! Dean was always very kind and he fixed multiple small things for me. The apartment complex is very clean and the landscaping is beautiful around the complex. I used the pool and gym all the time and they were clean and fun to use! My one bedroom apartment worked out for me for a while and I liked living there overall!
Cons: They put big windows in the bedrooms, which was nice for light, but it makes the room pretty hot throughout the day. We even put up a thick curtain and our AC couldn’t keep our room cold enough and we had a one bedroom apartment. The landscaping crew works hard, but they are there almost every other day so you will be listening to that noise quite often. Also, they just started construction behind the apartment complex when I was moving out, so there will be a lot of noise near the back area too. The old management didn’t always get back to my emails very quickly or at all, but a new manager is there and she seems very organized and efficient.”

“A great place to stay for IBOLC! Takes about 15-20 mins total to drive to where IBOLC training occurs counting going through the gate and on base travel. Apartments have nice appliances and the office staff is amazing. They are all really nice and love to help out the tenants. Definitely a great community and environment for IBOLC students. Security around the apartments is very nice and helps protect personal belongings around the building. I highly recommend staying here for IBOLC because it comes with no hassle in terms of dealing with renting and finding other places to live.”

“Overall the complex itself is very nice, the apartments are pretty good and you can really make it homey. Maintenance came quick when I needed them, overall I have few complaints… except of course… for the bugs…
Since the day I moved in, they envied and resented my claim to the land…they are hateful and conniving creatures.
It started small… it always does… just a few spiders scouting around. I showed mercy at first, paper towels and cups, I thought that’d send a message… it didn’t… The next morning my sun room was infested with a colony of spiders, lounging as if they signed the lease.
So I escalated, I started spraying the doors and walkways with a chemical agent, the kind that smells like citrus and death –chemical carpet bombing– The bugs retreated for the day… but they came back stronger. They began to flank through cracks in my windowsill and above my door. This was far from over.
The next day I did something drastic, I resorted to chemical warfare. After donning my military grade chemical mask I gassed my sunroom, which the bugs had already annexed, the air became toxic, even to me. It was a dangerous tactic but I was committed.
There was peace for a time… but peace never lasts… not here… after my garbage disposal clogged up the enemy sent in their airborne division. By the time I discovered the problem and called maintenance, it was already too late. The enemy airborne units had occupied and reinforced their position from my garbage disposal. They buzzed the lights, strafed my coffee mug, laid siege to the trash bin. I adapted again… traps, sprays, even a vinegar ambush. My apartment started smelling like a salad made by a war criminal.
It’s quieter now. I still see a straggler sometimes, crawling slow across the counter like a veteran who’s seen too much. I don’t crush them right away anymore. I just watch. We’re both tired, both cold, but their spirit is far from broken. I don’t know when the next assault will be but I will be ready, and I urge all potential future residents to be ready and prepared for the war ahead…”

“I have lived in the palms apartments going on 2 years now and yesterday was the first time our hot water heater went out, never a good thing to happen especially during the recent cold weather we have been having. However, i called in and spoke with Deanna regarding my concern and she had maintenance sent out almost immediately! Unfortunately, today our water heater went out again(different issue with it). I called, and maintenance was instantly sent out again! I am extremely impressed with Christy, Holton, the maintenance team, and Deanna on such quick response times and being able to get my issue resolved WAY faster than expected! So, with that being said thank you guys SO much for everything you do and for taking care of your residents.(: I would recommend The Palms to anyone looking for an apartment!”

“From the first day I came to ask for information it was excellent, the staff is very friendly and efficient, the place is very quiet, my neighbors are respectful and the whole place is always clean and most importantly you feel really at home because you never feel that your privacy is compromised since you have a top lock at the door and if they come to do maintenance or anything you don't have to run to get dressed ? which is something you don’t have at other places.
By the way I’ve renew for the second year and I’d do so again as many times as necessary, totally recommend ♥️”
