Ordered internet and then on day it was supposed to arrive got a call saying they were gonna be late
Sure no issue it happens
Then got a call 2 hours past instalation time they weren't coming so I took off the whole day of work for nothing (thanks for the money back at&t didn't even offer me anything to make up for missing a literal day waiting)
Rescheduled for today 10-12 no call no show still isn't that great

I went here to replace my phone. The store was open for a little less than an hour more, but they were already helping people. The associate even made a comment that they close at 8 and were trying to get everything done quickly. It just felt very rushed.
They had the phone I wanted, but not the gb I was looking for. He did offer to order it, but it was not an option as I needed it asap.
I wouldn't recommend this location.

EDIT 10/9:
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The same female who “helped” me last time got a major attitude with me for leaving a review, lied and said she discussed a charge on my account at the last minute, then said she was as going to call the cops on me because I took a picture of the inside of a public store?
She is the reason we will be leaving AT&T to go to T-Mobile.
Who hires these people??
** if she wore a name tag I would be able to mention her by name.
This post is for the pretty black lady with the glasses who has a four year old son in PreK who was a preemie.
I came in with my three kids to find out about turning on a phone for my mom.
You let me know the phone was not unlocked and it wasn’t paid off and that I would have to discuss with T-Mobile first, who the phone was purchased from.
I said thank you for letting me know this and that I would try to get it sorted out.
So why did you add a new number to my account WITH insurance, under an Apple Watch I don’t have. And now I’m being told I have to drive out of my way to go to the store to get this fixed?
Are you on commission or something? Is that what motivates you to steal from customers? I NEVER authorized any charge to my account and you never mentioned anything about their being a payment for ANYTHING.
This is leaving the worst taste in my mouth for AT&T and am considering changing phone plans to a better company.

I came in because I had problems with my phone and Alexis got it fixed for me. she's nice and very professional and when I came back Kareem was helpful with teaching me how to use my maps on my phone this location is amazing

Outstanding wonderful fantastic person work at Whittlesey Blvd her name is Syleste!
This one patience person who knows her stuff and willing to go above and beyond the call of duty.
She hepl my friend with her iPhone and took the time to email the iPhone people in Birmingham AL to tell them what's wrong with the new iPhone she had only 8 days.
We know it was time for the store to close but Syleste you completed what you start and did just throw us off.
You deserve an Outstanding award for the Best Customer Service I have Experienced in a very long time. Just remember if you needs a great experience contact Syleste at Whittlesey Boulevard.
