“I have gone in for several non-vehicle batteries and am always treated like I am spending a lot of money instead of spending $10 so that always makes me feel important. The customer service is always easy and quick.”

“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Tasha and Rickey they took such good care of me and went above and beyond what I expected ! They were knowledgeable and patient which is hard to find. They were amazing, and I hope O’Reilly’s knows how valuable and hard working they are. Employees like that are hard to find. Thank you so much !”

“5 stars for the team at O'Reilly! After more trips than I bargained for, these guys deserve some big ups. Personable dudes, and lady. They had exactly what I needed when I needed it - all 5 times. 🤣 Ended up finishing the car repair in their parking lot and they even came out to check in and see if I needed anything. I made sure to return to the same guy each time - Christopher. Good dude. Parts are priced at what they are. Not the workers' fault. Even with a shop account they're still pricey, but that's life. When you need to get a vehicle back running, you need it. Great service, great support. Thanks for looking out.”

“I visited the store today to get some touchup paint for a 1955 Thunderbird that looks like it’s been painted a couple of times. I told the paint professional what I wanted. I was thinking that there is no way she could match it but I just needed something to look better than a paint chip. The paint professional was extremely nice and in a few minutes she had mixed a perfect match to old paint. I couldn’t be happier.”
