“I posted photos for an estimate online and almost immediately got a call from Will. Over the phone he was working and strategizing to help me not only get a repair plan, but also to get it done in the most efficient and cost effective way. I was so impressed that I’m writing this review before I even get there! You rarely see this kind of service anymore. UPDATE: after visiting the shop today, I’m even more impressed. It is so rare to find helpful, competent, and honest services anywhere these days. I’m thrilled that I found this body shop just by chance. It’s a little bit of a drive from where I live, but I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks Will!!”

“A few days before Christmas 2024, dropped my Honda Fit for a new set of tires and brakes. Jason (owner) gave me a call quickly and informed us that our brakes were good and only needed back brakes adjusted. Most businesses would take your money and claim they completed the work. I appreciate Jason's honesty. I trust Tire Master to work on our vehicles. The Hankook tires are smooth and quite.”

A special shoutout to Jason, who was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to every detail. He took the time to explain the process, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout. “I meant to make this review months ago. Back in october I came all the way from Panama City Beach needing assistance, and these people went above and beyond to help me out. They spent all day trying to identify the problem with my car, and even though the issue ended up being unrelated to the drivetrain, they still did an excellent job updating and replacing the necessary parts for it. 10/10 recommend this place. It’s hard to come across genuine people these days, but these people were truly genuine and authentic. Thank you again!”

“I just purchased my second vehicle from this dealership. They are family owned, and friendly, finance in-house, honest and fair. Great clear understood communication and knowledgeable on their inventory. They have most one owner cars and they are checked out before going on the lot. Go by and check them out for yourself. I purchased a 2014 GMC Acadia Denali and the process was easy.”

“I will never go anywhere else for automotive needs!! Jason and the whole team were so kind, helpful, and patient. I don't know a lot, if anything, about cars and they took such good care of me. Explained everything they were going to do, gave me tons of options and explained them all thoroughly. And if they can't do it in house, they know who to go to! Ptap has rightfully earned my trust. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

“If you want a wide variety of tire selection, and low prices and deals, this is the Tire Shop for you! They offer free flat repairs and air checks, too. “This is the most honest car repair shop that I have used since moving to Columbus 4 years ago. We used numerous shops off of here that were recommended to us but it's either they overcharged or told us that there were things wrong that were in sound running condition. Once I changed to this car repair shop, I can drop off my car and not have to worry about being taken advantage of or the the work not being done properly. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.”

It took less than 30 mins and they did a great job. He has already tinted my wife's SUV and several cars for our friends. “I had to stop everything I was doing to write this review, because this company and its service department truly deserve a 10 out of 10, even though I can only give them five out of five. They made one small mistake, but they went above and beyond to correct it. The general manager and the used car manager personally drove my car to my workplace, and they never once complained or made excuses. Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were outstanding. This is exactly how a company should operate, and that’s why I will always buy a Subaru, and why I will always take my vehicle to Rivertown Subaru.”
