“I posted photos for an estimate online and almost immediately got a call from Will. Over the phone he was working and strategizing to help me not only get a repair plan, but also to get it done in the most efficient and cost effective way. I was so impressed that I’m writing this review before I even get there! You rarely see this kind of service anymore. UPDATE: after visiting the shop today, I’m even more impressed. It is so rare to find helpful, competent, and honest services anywhere these days. I’m thrilled that I found this body shop just by chance. It’s a little bit of a drive from where I live, but I’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks Will!!”

Explained everything they were going to do, gave me tons of options and explained them all thoroughly. And if they can't do it in house, they know who to go to! Ptap has rightfully earned my trust. “Over the years my picky tail self has done alot of business with ole Mr. Amos. He is a great guy, I have bought some cars from him, and have one getting painted in his shop now. When he gets that one done I have 3 more waiting for him. So if you're looking for a great paint job, then this is your place. Stop by and let Mr. Amos shine you up like a brand new penny. He also handle state inspections if he does the work, a service that is hard to get in this area. He is a very honest and kind man to deal with.”

“Mrs. Tiffany is a LIFESAVER. She went well over above and beyond for my sister and me. Budget truck dropped the ball on us. We had a ticking timer, we dropped everything and BOOKED it 2.5 hours one way to get the only 26’ truck south of Atlanta. We called budget numerous times and got the run around and told we would get a call. (Baby it’s almost a week later and I still haven’t gotten that call) she got us what we needed, when we needed it and made it happen for us. Without her, we wouldn’t have made our move. Her customer service is top notch! She is nice, knowledgeable, helpful and just an awesome woman! Thank you so much for all your help!”

“Good local shop with a good work ethic. They are really good about notifying you when anything changes while they have the vehicle, and always ask before doing any work that will add to the price. On one job they fabricated a fix for me, to save me hundreds of dollars on a factory-only part. Very much appreciated.”
