Freaking absurd. Two people in front of me, and then me, here for a rental car which they don’t have. Then they say they called yesterday to let us know, but not one in three people received a call. Just take a good look behind the counter and you’ll see the problem.

Budget will rent you a car that doesn’t exist. Three times now I have rented online, even talked to a person at Budget to ensure the car will be there. Then you get here and no cars, none at all. But their parking lot is always full of cars. Total waste of time.
