Reliable, friendly, quick. But I’d suggest to reconfigure the phone system as it feels impossible to reach an agent without a tracking number, which doesn’t cover everybody’s reason for calling.

Out of all the FedEx Office centers I have been to in GA, this one is the best! They have very friendly staff and all the equipment you need to get the job done! Miss Tina is extremely helpful and in my opinion their best employee. She takes the time to make sure you understand everything you are doing. Thank you again!
