The wait time is ridiculous. And the bullying to keep an appointment is redundant if you're not treated until 2 hours after the appointment time.

Haven’t even been yet to my appointment and can’t get anybody to answer the damn phone . I have called three times and sat on hold 30 minutes every single time and nobody ever came to the phone.

Been trying to call the office and keep getting the call center. They can’t even get in touch with the office!!! I live 40 minutes out and I am not trying to keep going up there every time I need to speak with someone! This place is horrible with communication and their staff never is friendly!
