The wait time is ridiculous. And the bullying to keep an appointment is redundant if you're not treated until 2 hours after the appointment time.

Wait times are long, the room can be very chaotic and loud. Also, today I had to wait for the dentist in the cleaning chair with my child for a long time. I’ve never had an issue with any of the staff being rude personally, they treat my kid kindly and with patience. The dental assistant that usually cleans her teeth is such a sweet woman, I wish I knew her name so I could give her the proper kudos. They’ve even worked with me before to squeeze my child in for an emergency appointment. All in all, they’re pretty good. I just wish the wait times were better.

It's a shame I can't leave 0 stars. My daughter had an appointment at 11:15. Arrived 15 mins early, Waited in line to get checked in. Finally got to the front just to find out that our appointment had been changed from 11:15 to 11:00. It was 11:03 I was 3 minutes late and could not be seen. I guess they are allowed to randomly change your appointment without any notice. On top of that the entire staff at the front desk was VERY rude and disrespectful. How they have a job in health care is beyond me. They refuse to give an excuse from work/school. I pretty much had to show my a** until the Dr. came from the back and wrote me an excuse. I think the entire staff at the front desk should be fired and consider a job at McDonald's where their attitudes will fit right in.

Haven’t even been yet to my appointment and can’t get anybody to answer the damn phone . I have called three times and sat on hold 30 minutes every single time and nobody ever came to the phone.

If I could give negative zeros I would. My daughter has been trying to get braces for a year. They couldn't do there job and fill all the cavities that they were supposed to do the previous week. I did not know this until we were leaving what I thought was the final appointment for the cleaning. I reschedule for the next day but she was 7 minutes late so they canceled her appointment. Now she has to do the whole year process over again. I would do your own dentist work at the house before ever coming here.

When I went in that place only 4 mins late the place didn't smell good they didn't let me go to my appointment they told me they talked to the doctor but they didn't even have a phone and just stayed in front of us I couldn't go to the appointment so I basically skipped school for nothing they tried rescheduling to the next 2 days so we just canceled because I also had school that day I do not recommend going here if you get to places late I won't be coming back.

Absolutely terrible, the receptionist did not put my son's insurance information in and marked us down as self pay without telling me, when we got to the back an hour and a half later an assistant mentioned it to me and I said we wouldn't be here if I would've known that. We left and on the way out the assistant said "you must not be a very good mom if you're leaving just because you have to pay". I just got the statement and we have been charged for an oral exam, an x ray, and a teeth cleaning (none of which happened because we left). Only putting one star because I have to, they deserve none.

Been trying to call the office and keep getting the call center. They can’t even get in touch with the office!!! I live 40 minutes out and I am not trying to keep going up there every time I need to speak with someone! This place is horrible with communication and their staff never is friendly!

This was my third and last experience with this dentist office. The assistant didn't greet you and he used hand gestures to a five year old and when I seen that..it got reported. The dental hygienist was rude..the doctor referred my daughter by sex and not by her name...when he did that I was done. What professional say girl open your mouth. The employee keeps asking how are we not professional? Professionalism is not told it's taught. Indeed has great tools your office can use to show respect and dignity to your patients.

Their customer service is poor and the scheduling is not reliable. Asian Dentist reference my daughter in rude manner and said girl open your mouth. At that point, I was done.

WARNING!!!I TOOK MY FRIEND CHILD HERE. HER TREATMENT WAS GOING TO BE $3500 I STATED THAT WAS TO MUCH. THEY AGRREED THEY WAS GOING TO THE THE TREATMENT FOR $1200.00. LADY WENT TO THE BACK LIKE 4 TIMES AND THAT PRICES JUST KEPT GOING ⬆️. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY FRIEND BECAUSE SHE DONT SPEAK SPANISH. I DIDNT HAD THE FULL MONEY FOR THE TREATMENT HAD TO LEAVE THE OFFICE TO GET THE REST OF THE MONEY. AND THEY WAS SAYING THEY WAS GOING TO CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE I HAD LEAVE MY CHILD!!! OH AND THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR $1000 AND I HAVE A MONTH TO PAY!!! PLEASE TAKE UR CHILD DENTAL CARE SOMEWERE ELSE.

Sept 28th I took my son on Thursday for a consultation, and Saturday he was scheduled to start his braces. In the meantime I had questions and I e-mailed Rebecca and immediately she responded and it was after hours.Dr. Chin also was very thorough with her examination. She went over x-rays and the plan of treatment with my son and I where we both could understand. I highly recommend choosing her!Rebecca put the braces on in less than an hour! My son had to leave and play football, and he didn’t experience any pain!So far everything is going great!

Scheduled an appointment and sat in the waiting room an hour. No one called our names. Went to the desk to check and was told that our names had been called and we would need to reschedule. Last time ever going here.

Had an appointment for my child at 2pm I called and asked for something a little later they said they had a cancellation and I cn come in at 230. I get there at 230 & the woman at the desk says I was supposed to be there at 2, I explain to her that I called and was told there was a cancellation and I cn come at 230. She asked the other two women behind the desk if they spoke to me and told me that over the phone about the cancellation, of course they both said no. So now I’m standing there as if I’m lying about the whole thing, she says my child cnt be seen but cn schedule her for the next day at 9am. I had already took my child out of school for the 230 appointment & they expected me to take her out again for a mistake that they made. They didn’t apologize or anything they acted like it was my mistake. I will be taking my child elsewhere.
