“They are the best, I've dropped off several times.The people at the location on 10th Ave and on airport Thruway were both very helpful. Making the reservation was confusing and turned out it caused me a problem. At one point in the reservation it said I was picking up at !:15 PM, in another point , I thought it said I was picking up at 10:30AM. This caused me to not be able to pick up at 10th Ave, the lady the Mandy, I think, helped me find one at Airport. She was very helpful. This error cost me 30 minutes. The lady Anny , I think at Airport was very helpful too. She looked and looked to find what I needed.”

“My experience was a 10/10 the manager was so helpful. It was her day off and she saw me struggling with hooking up the car tow to the truck. She got out the car and help me. She explained how to hook up the truck and gave me tips on how to handle the truck ??? it was my first time. I felt comfortable after leaving out.”

“Ms Sharon Wood is amazing! I went to the 3135 Williams Rd, Columbus, GA location today to rent a 10x15 drive up unit. Sharon was so kind as she took the time to thoroughly explain all their options to be sure I was renting the proper size unit. She explained their optional insurance coverage, sold me a padlock and made sure it was set up and working right, walked me through the app set up, then even took me to the gate to be sure the app service worked properly. I’d say she went out of her way to be sure I was comfortable with everything!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to this facility for your storage needs. Thank you Ms. Sharon for all your help and personal chit chat we shared today. I’ll be sure to stop in and say hi on my future visits to the unit.”
