“I just moved from Spearfish, SD to Columbus, GA. I had a truck as well as a car transporter from Uhaul. This business was very easy to work with. They were able to allow me to drop the trailer as soon as I was done with it and keep the truck to use a bit longer for other needs. They were fast and efficient with the drop off of my truck and trailer. I will definitely use them for my next move.”

“They are the best, I've dropped off several times. The people at the location on 10th Ave and on airport Thruway were both very helpful. Making the reservation was confusing and turned out it caused me a problem. At one point in the reservation it said I was picking up at !:15 PM, in another point , I thought it said I was picking up at 10:30AM. This caused me to not be able to pick up at 10th Ave, the lady the Mandy, I think, helped me find one at Airport. She was very helpful. This error cost me 30 minutes. The lady Anny , I think at Airport was very helpful too. She looked and looked to find what I needed.”
“Man whoever the guy behind the counter speaking to us was, he killed it. He was cracking jokes, helped us attach the trailer to the hitch, super respectful, bro needs a raise for his above and beyond customer service.”

“My experience was a 10/10 the manager was so helpful. It was her day off and she saw me struggling with hooking up the car tow to the truck. She got out the car and help me. She explained how to hook up the truck and gave me tips on how to handle the truck ??? it was my first time. I felt comfortable after leaving out.”
“Last minute was no problem. They were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced.
I dealt with other Uhauls in the past, and it was like night and day.”
“Tiffany made renting a Budget truck so much easier. She sent emails with invoices and checked in to remind us of moving day. I would definitely rent again. Everything was perfect when picking up the trucks and trailer!”
“Everyone is amazing at this location. This is the only location that I will use. Hugh Michael ,
Misty and all the employees that worked yesterday . I forgot the other person’s name but one is a manager too I think and another young lady. All are very nice. I can’t tell you how to improve it because it’s already great for me so everybody that worked on yesterday. Kudos to themI apologize that I’ve not forget their names.”
“Always have a great experience at this location. Never had issues getting fuel, like I do at the morrow ga location. If the fuel attendant is available, the location manager fuels your truck.”

“I’ve had a really great experience with Extra Space Storage in Columbus, Georgia. From the beginning, the customer service has been excellent. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been very nice, welcoming, and helpful. They make the entire process easy and are happy to answer questions without making you feel rushed.
The pricing is also pretty affordable compared to some other storage options I looked into. Storage can get expensive quickly, so I really appreciate having a facility that feels secure, clean, and well maintained without being ridiculously overpriced.
One of the things that stood out to me the most is how clean the entire facility is. The hallways and storage areas are kept in great condition, and everything feels well taken care of. It is also very well lit, which makes a huge difference when you’re moving things in or out, especially later in the day. I feel comfortable being at the facility and accessing my unit.
Another big plus is that they provide multiple moving carts for customers to use. This makes moving larger or heavier items so much easier and saves a ton of trips back and forth to the vehicle.
Overall, I’ve been very happy with Extra Space Storage in Columbus. The combination of friendly customer service, affordable pricing, cleanliness, good lighting, and convenient moving carts makes the whole experience much easier. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Columbus area looking for a clean, convenient, and reasonably priced storage facility.”
