I called on new years eve and asked if they had Michigan Wolverines hats. They said they did. I asked are you open tomorrow (New Years Day) the ladybsaid yes from 11 am to 6 pm. Got to Peachtree Mall at 11 am and left at 1:40 pm and they still were not open. Just called up there at 1:05 pm and STILL not open! I am not happy because Lids is the only place here in Columbus, GA to buy a Michigan hat! I only gave them kne star because zero stars was not available!

The store opened 15 min after it was supposed to.. They only had one worker who was very unattentive.. I wouldn't recommend this location to any one. The products are still great but the professionalism is gone!! Horrible service..

The reason I only gave three stars. Is because they only had one employee working at the time that I was there. He was trying to do too many jobs at one time. He still was successful and very courteous.. and I bought this..

NEGATIVE 5 STARS. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Repeated visits to store and dozens of calls were a waste of time. Corporate was also difficult to reach, but once I managed 2 weeks later I received the hat I'd paid for months ago, with the name in the wrong font and not all caps as requested. If you ever give them money keep track of your receipt.

I think it's very tacky that the cashier would sell me a gift card, knowing that she was out of the sleeve to put it in. I was disappointed in the fact that she didn't say that before ringing up my purchase. "Oh I'm out of the envelopes" I said "what am I supposed to do with this", she said "buy a card or something" no ma'am refund my $30.00 please. That is very distasteful.
