I went into Macy’s to get a Christmas gift for my wife. I had a specific perfume that I wanted to get her. I wasn’t greeted by any sales person but rather had to go up to someone to ask for help. This individual was rude and didn’t want to help me; so, she passed me on to someone else that was even more rude and she kept walking away from me when I was trying to give her the name and what the perfume was. I eventually found someone that appeared to be a supervisor; I guess she was a supervisor because she was telling other sales people what to do. Well, she was the rudest of them all. I left the building without buying anything!

I went in looking for a particular scented perfume but nothing was like it.

Picked up a piece of jewelry I was looking for but without much assistance. When I asked if they had Jade, the salesperson said no and walked off. When I looked around the display case, I found several jade pieces that I was interested in and then had to search down someone to assist me. The salesperson that I found was knowledgeable but gave me the feel that I was disturbing her.

I give so much credit to the lady at the register by the shoe department and the young black girl at the perfume floor but there were 2 old ladies having this big conversation on the perfume department both employes and when i asked for help they looked annoyed i interrupted their chit chat conversation and sent me to pay OVER YONDER finally the othet young black girl did help me so helpful told me where to go which was the shoe deparment and the older lady there was so nice and helpful but those other 2 old ladies at the perfume department needs to get fired, all of this happened yesterday 07/21

Does Macy's store and products are very good. The staff is almost not existent maybe one person if you're lucky in an entire floor. Their prices are good only during holidays and it's the only store in Peachtree Mall even worth shopping at.
