“I was looking for a recliner console set. I originally went into Ashley's and found one I liked, however my son suggested we check with stores before buying. As soon as we entered Havertys Furniture we were greeted by Robyn. She was friendly and inquired about what we were looking for, how big or small, my current setup and the space size. We showed us several sets and was incredibly knowledgeable on them. She was able to tell me in detail the delivery process and what to expect. I was very impressed. I got the quote and then went to La Z Boy. They were just okay, I did find something with them, and it was a bit cheaper, but Robyn is the reason why I decided to buy from Havertys.
