The showroom was larger than any I have visited in the southeast. After a brief introduction, the employees addressed us by name- and they were busy that day! It was obvious that details were an important part of the company culture. The customer service and design assistance were very impressive, thank you Laura Kunze and Jeanie Bross. Laura listened to my wants, asked questions regarding how the space would be used, and took into account the older furniture that I wanted to keep in the room. I now have a plan mapped out for future purchases that will compliment my dreamy new leather chair, happy lamp, and comfortable sofa. All pet paw protected- and pet approved purchases! “I had a frustrating experience when I ordered a dryer from the Buena Vista store. After facing delivery delays and excuses, I decided to contact the Veterans location. Lena at the Veterans location confirmed they had the dryer in stock and offered for me to pick it up. However, when I arrived at the Buena Vista location, I encountered more excuses and was told they didn't have the dryer kits or plugs. Frustrated, I returned to the Veterans location and spoke with Lena again. She instructed me to pick up the kit and cord and assured me I would be reimbursed. Upon unboxing the dryer at home, I discovered it was damaged and missing parts. I contacted Lena, sent her pictures, and left a message for the district manager. After about an hour, Lena called back and asked me to come in for an exchange. I spoke with Chad, the district manager, who apologized and offered to credit me for all the issues. I was impressed with Chad's proactive response and Lena's assistance, as they both went above and beyond, even on Chad's day off.This is the way a company should treat people. Give me a call next time you are looking for management. Like to work with a company that goes the distance to help customers.”
