Mediacom is horrible! Every morning I loose internet and I get a notice from them that they are aware and have fixed the problem but yet again I loose internet again the next morning! This is ridiculous and unacceptable!!

Mediacom sucks if you live near warm springs road. Don’t get it. I have had several outages. More than I can count. The summer time is the worst. The price goes up every year by 30+ dollars. The phone service computer lady sucks. Get spectrum or tfiber instead.

Did not get Technicians name but he came out 4/23/26. He resolved our problem with professionalism and was very courteous. He was a real asset for mediacom.
