My first time there the person who serviced me was very unprofessional and nonchalant. However I went back to give this location a second chance a different person was there and the service was outstanding, very professional and understanding!

I had a problem that wasn't able to be fully resolved. However, Kelli stepped up to the plate and did resolve most of the issue!!!! She shows exemplary managerial skills and a great mindset. Please go see Kelli at Metro by tmobile on Airport Thruway.
