I have been a Navy Federal member since a child, and my visit to the Columbus branch has been one of the best experiences! My teller Megan was so helpful, knowledgeable, but most importantly kind! I will be sure to stop by each time Iām in Columbus! š

18+ people in line, and two tellers. This is ridiculous. Especially considering there are some things you cannot do on the app and need to see a teller for. Either hire more people or open a second branch.
