Job was don well, and everyone is very friendly. I do wish I was notified sooner about the job being done though. I didn't receive a text until a minute before they closed and has to pick up my car the next day

This is my 2nd experience with Pep boys the tech explained everything well. The staff was very courteous as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the timing however, my 1st experience was perfect. Everyone has bad days so I will continue to come for Great service.
