“I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team at Discount Tire in Columbus, GA! During my visit, they went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top shape. When my low tire pressure light came on, they not only checked and adjusted my air pressure but also discovered that one of my tires was installed the wrong way—something I never would have noticed on my own! They quickly fixed it, rotated all my tires, and even replaced my windshield wiper blades, all at a very reasonable price. “Gipson’s is very thorough and honest with their recommendations on what needs to be immediately addressed and what you can pace yourself on.
I haven’t had any issues with services they have provided from brakes, shocks & struts, tires and a tune up.
Customer service is top notch and they actually care about you as a consumer and they know how much difference a smile can make to someone (at to least me) when I have to spend hundreds for tires or as most recently thousands of dollars because I had a lot of work done.

“The service at Bross Tire is good, however I think playing Fox News is irritating at the least. As I'm sick of listening to the blame game! I'd rather not watch anything or if you must play something, maybe the nature channel or a comedy show. I feel as though I am being brainwashed or groomed and I don't need that!”

Service: Great. They always do a great job
Pricing: Can’t really beat their prices. They they’re the same pricing as all of the other cheap tire shops in Columbus
Speed/Wait Time: Very quick. Even if there’s someone ahead of you, you’ll be out of there in no time. They work very hard and fast.
Quality of Work: I’ve had no issues with either of the tires I bought from them so far.
Facility/Environment: The facility was clean and easy to get in and out of unlike a lot of other tire shops around here.”

“I had a great experience at Firestone thanks to Jared. I came in because I was hearing a noise coming from my engine and wanted to make sure it was nothing serious. From the start, Jared was professional, helpful, and made sure I understood what was going on.
What really stood out was his communication. He kept in contact with me throughout the entire service and updated me on what they were checking and what they found. That kind of customer service is rare and really appreciated.
It’s clear he cares about making sure customers feel informed and taken care of. Because of that, I left feeling confident in the work that was done and the honesty of the team. I highly recommend this Firestone location, and Jared especially, if you want great service and clear communication.

“Did a great job in installing my new tires, just waited a very long time. Mondays seem to be extremely busy, even if you schedule the 1st appointment available for the day. I waited for about 4 hours before my car was ready but the price is unbeatable and my vehicle was taken good care of.”
