SpringHill Suites Columbus offers a perfect location, walking distance to restaurants and stores. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional, providing wonderful service and making check-in a breeze. The rooms are nice, clean, and satisfactory, though some furnishings can feel dated and lighting may be dim. The breakfast variety is great, with a wide choice of hot and cold items, served by friendly and helpful staff. Minor issues noted include an unsettling elevator and occasional maintenance needs, but problems are fixed immediately. The hotel is also very kind and accommodating to guests.
Check in was a breeze. Shay is very pleasant. I thought I had issue with A/C but it was fixed immediately. This location is walking distance to restaurants and stores. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect location for our needs with a great room and wonderful service. Priscilla, who was serving breakfast, was friendly and kind and quickly helpful when I had a question.
