“First room was not very clean. The Air conditioner filters were full of dirt, the beds had hairs in them, the wall in front of the toilet was gross, the office chair had nastiness in the creases, there were crumbs on the carpet and the tile was sticky. Staff was excellent and moved us to a different room that wasn't perfect but much better. Water pressure wasn't good. Neighborhood was sketchy with many homeless on corners and shots fired nearby. We like candlewood for the kitchenettes which did not disappoint. The beds were very comfortable, the ac worked good, and the staff was excellent!”

“I stayed at the Columbus Marriott a couple weeks ago and the space is so nice. I’m a sucker for an old brick building. The combination of old architecture with modern amenities is perfect. It’s on the main streets so walkable through downtown and the river. The staff is very friendly. Highly recommend staying here.”

“Thoroughly enjoyed our three days/two nights stay here. Made a same day reservation online after having an AWFUL overnight stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton down the highway. Amenah (hope I spelled her name correctly) was extremely helpful and had a very friendly disposition. The kids enjoyed the pool. The rooms were very clean and tidied up every day of our stay. The free buffet was a nice amenity and the staff was friendly. I doubt we would have another reason to travel to Columbus, GA. However, I did sign up for IHG after the great stay that we had here.”

“I just left the hotel this morning. During my stay, I fell in my room and fractured my ankle (due to my own clumsiness). As I was limping through the lobby to get to my car, every employee I passed asked if I was ok and how could they help me. They offered to bring my Walmart order to my room, and every one of them asked me how I was feeling when I saw them after returning from the ER. The young man at the front desk (I believe his name was Jerry) offered to help me get my suitcase to the car and loaded. This hotel has truly thoughtful and caring people on staff! I will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. Hilton should be proud of this amazing team!”

“Our television did not work properly, and we were eventually moved to a different room. 5 stars go to the maintenance man, I believe his name was Robert, who made sure we had a new, equal value room available with working tv on our last night. He was very kind and tried his best to fix the problem in the first room. I gave 4 stars just because some things are outdated or worn down in the room, like the couch had rips and there was some facet on the countertop that was falling off/not nailed down. Still, our room was clean, service was great, and breakfast delicious, with very attentive attendants.”
“Let me start by sharing that the royal they staff member was extremely helpful very nice experience of his customer service is outstanding!
Rooms are clean and spacious and love the double blackout shades they have in the room.
Breakfast as delicious a variety of options of toppings for your bagel, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, eggs and sausage links, the coffee bar has many options to choose from and they offer tea aswell and they also provide coffee of the day 24/7 water temp is perfect.
The pool area was very well kept and the parking lot was clean and very well kept.
a beautiful experience and I will be letting the military families know that this is a great spot to stay for anyone visiting for the bootcamp graduations

“We were in Columbus for an event that ended at 8:30 PM. The pool at Sleep Inn closed at 8 PM. We chose this hotel because of the pool. Front desk kept the pool open to 10 PM so my kids could swim!! Front desk associate was super nice and friendly!! Great hotel, great staff!!”
