I forgot the guy name but I rented the truck in the morning on 4/29/2025 on box road the man that checked me in was absolutely wonderful and he had me laughing excellent customer service 🙃

After dealing with the horrible people at the uhaul place on floyd rd - which is not even a uhaul place anymore for obvious reasons-, these very respectful guys really saved our tails and were able to give us a truck in time!

I was serviced by Maurice at the customer service counter. He was friendly and very informative during the process. Michael F. was also very pleasant during my truck return. He was understanding and considerate to my lack of understanding on fuel charges. Overall service was good. Improvement needs would be proper staff coverage especially on weekend. Before I was serviced by Maurice I waited 30 mins because he was the only one helping customers. Just one associate to cover several waiting customers is poor support. I also had an associate help bring out my dolly to my rental truck. It would've been nice if he offered or helped placed the dolly in truck for me. As a pregnant customer certain restrictions on lifting is to be cautioused.

Overall I’m not happy with those tracking reservations. Someone called me in the MORNING of my PICK UP DAY telling me that there was no trailer available around the Columbus (GA) area, I could only pick up the truck in Columbus (GA) but would have to drive an hour away to pick up the trailer. He (caller) said that was the only way I could get the truck and trailer. Though my reservation was placed four days prior, he told me that was the only way my reservation could be fulfilled. I told him I was going to call back. When I called back, Jenn picked up and I told her about my situation. She then told me that the report on file says I said I don’t want the reservation anymore. That was a false report. She (Jenn) was able find me a trailer right in Columbus (GA) though different location than where the truck is. Meanwhile the first guy said there was none around but a hour away. She (JENN) did a great job.

There was no gas in the truck. I spent over $100 in gas. I will never rent from this location again. Also, I will not recommend this location to my family and friends.

no issue at all with the vehicle
