Customers have generally had excellent service at the Milgan Rd Post Office, with helpful and friendly postal employees. However, there have been some issues, such as mail being delivered to the wrong location and a lack of follow-up on customer service calls. Despite being short-staffed, the customer service employees are described as humble, kind, and patient, providing a pleasant experience for customers.

My mail is very often delivered to my neighbor's, my mail for pickup is often outside two or three days I often have to call the post man from next door to come back to take my out going mail ,what can I do ,what can you do to help me .

Website says walk-in passports between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. We were told by employees this morning that they do NOT do walk-in passports.

Shauna or Shawna at This USPS location along with everyone else on the staff is just amazing. She is always overly ready to help and looking to assist in the most positive manner. She doesn’t care how long it takes she will take care of her customer! Beyond thankful.
