Whew . This place is a mess . It was 2 workers and I couldn’t even get my package !!!!! They told me to “fill out a form and somebody would contact me”. This is a MESS !!A COMPLETE MESS !!!!! And the line was extremely LONG !

This is the most incompetent post office in the USA . The house is behind the church and Théy CONSTANTLY leave packages at the church door or say packages cannot be delivered due to BUSINESS CLOSED.

Slow and Rude. always get horrible and rude customer service from one older lady in particular. They have lost two packages in the last two years that still have not been reimbursed for and USPS continually denies responsibility for. I refuse to continue any further business in this particular post office location. I only use Fortson now.

I dont who it was but they delivered my package to the wrong address. The corrct address was literally listed not once but TWICE when I originally requested the order, I don’t know how in tarnation you were able to mess this up. You have one job. And you botched it. Congratulations

Wudda gave y’all a 0 guy said he delivered my box even tho I sat in my yard and watched him not deliver a package what so ever then I stopped him and asked about it he called the milgen road office and the head lady sanna or how ever you spell her name got on the phone and told the mailman that was in front me that she would come and slap me for not letting him continue with his route not knowing he had her on speaker then they came back to my dads house and told him I pulled a gun on the guy when nothing of the sorts happened that was in November I still haven’t received my package or any information about my package this is hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with USPS they both should no longer be employed

Trying to do a change of address the lady wouldn’t let me finish asking my question to understand why would I agree to a address that isn’t valid anymore and she basically threw my stuff at me and told me to leave and nobody here would help me.im sick with cancer and can’t afford to get upset but what she kept telling me to agree to didn’t make any sense so I was trying to understand why but her attitude was horrible and she definitely needs to check it. Respect goes both ways I didn’t disrespect her at all but she was so disrespectful to me and if I woulda acted out and slapped the mess outta her or spit in her face then she woulda thought I was wrong but she should learn how to listen instead of cutting people off.cant get ahold of a damn person to make a complaint over the phone so ima leave this review here!older kinda heavyset woman with short bob style haircut I didn’t catch her name and I’m not going back in there cuz I won’t allow her to disrespect me and embarrass me in front of any body else today!!!!!!

Been here many times and never once have had good service. Many times it took them multiple days to start moving my packages. Causing it to be late. Lines are long and only one worker at front usually. Terrible management and lack of effort/care. Paying for a service and you get what you pay for. Go to UPS/FedEx.

They lied and said they delivered a package to the front desk/reception area at my apartment complex. Theres just one problem: THERE’S NO FRONT DESK/RECEPTION AREA IN MY APARTMENT COMPLEX. Filed a complaint, received word to go pick up package at the Milgen Road location. Wait in line for 10 minutes, get up to the desk, she looks. NO PACKAGE. They sent me to the Macon road location. Went there. No package. They then tried to send me BACK to the Milgen Road location. I declined. Hard. Went home, re-opened the CLOSED claim. Filed another one. Let a voice mail that states that they returned the package back to the sender. No explanation as to HOW it happened, just a bunch of useless apologies for it happening. The package contained my meds. The USPS just gets worse every day.

My package was supposed to be delivered this past Friday. I specifically selected for it to be left at my front door. But yet I check usps and it says delivered to agent for final delivery. What agent? Why was it not placed where I selected it to be put. Then I get in contact with usps someone calls and says it’s going to be delivered today. But here it is 9:11 still no package. I have been having nothing but problems with my packages that are coming from usps!

They deserve 0 stars but unfortunately you have to give at least 1. The USPS is the biggest joke. Package was marked as out for delivery at 6:10 am 11/29/23. I literally watched the mail lady put mail in my mailbox and drive off. Went to my mailbox and my regular mail was in there but the package was not. Tracking still showed “out for delivery” for the remainder of the day. I called USPS and put a claim in, they said someone would call me about it and they haven’t. It is now 11/30/23. Tracking updated at 12:10am 11/30/23 saying “alert awaiting delivery, we now anticipate delivery the next business day” mail went on 11/30/23: same thing, saw her pull up to my mailbox and put mail in, still no package. Where is my package????? If it’s out for delivery on 11/29 that means it’s on the truck. Why are they not delivering it??? I 1000% believe someone within USPS stole the package. They’re never going to call me back, they don’t even care. Not to mention it hasn’t even been my regular mail man this whole week, it’s been a woman. It really sucks that companies choose to use USPS for their shipping. As a federal agency they really REALLY need to do better. And don’t get me started on my regular mailman; always delivering mail late af when it’s dark out. He flies down the road so fast he literally slams on the brakes to stop at mailboxes. Music is ALWAYS blaring. SO unprofessional. Just shut the whole USPS down.

I have a kitchen trash can purchased from Amazon ($150 purchase) that was supposed to be delivered today. By 10:15 this morning, Amazon notified me that the USPS communicated to them that they attempted delivery but the mailbox was full. This is an absolute lie, and an also ridiculous reason. We didn’t see them, our security cameras didn’t see them, no other mail was delivered, and no delivery attempt notice was left. It’s obvious that the carrier just decided that he/she didn’t feel like picking up a box today.Update: I have since tried to pick the item up at two USPS locations, and nobody can find it. The item has now been lost. This isn’t a small envelope that could have fallen between the cracks. This is a receptacle that will hold a 30 gallon garbage can.In the last two weeks, several important sensitive pieces of mail have not been delivered. I reported the problems via the channels given, and only got automated emails when (1) the system acknowledged my message and (2) that they’d closed the issue. No reason given, no resolution, no nothing; and, the mail still hasn’t been delivered.We have chosen electronic delivery of all bills, etc. where we’ve been given that choice. But not all business, insurance companies, etc. are equipped for that yet. I wish we could choose the delivery carrier to be used but we’re obviously STUCK with the consistently WORTHLESS USPS.
