I wish I could give the supervisor on duty on 8/7/25 at approximately 1:50 PM a -10.
Today is my fourth visit to this location, concerning not receiving mail, mail being returned, and mail being placed in wrong mail box.
I was told for FOURTH time, to write my name and number on a slip of paper, “someone will call you.”
I declined to do so, a supervisor was notified, came to window with attitude and annoyed look on her face, as though she were somehow not there to work, and was being inconvenienced.
I explained my concern AGAIN. Her response to my mail being returned was, “Well, they should call you and tell you your mail was returned.”
What?????
Then, “write your name and number of this paper postmaster will call you.”
As I’ve done that three times before with no call received, I again declined to do so.
I was then given a website to contact.
I must say, the young lady on duty at the window, was polite, and though not able to resolve my issue, she was as helpful as she could be.

Scheduled a passport appointment 3 weeks ago only to find out that their employee does not come in until 2 hours later. They acted like this was a unknown occurrence. Found out this is the person's scheduled time and usps just never updates the website. If scheduling an appointment for passport here don't schedule until 11. That's when she comes in apparently. The staff has nothing posted about this anywhere.

The most unhelpful and rudest employee is at the front desk. I hope you don’t go in with a single question or seeking any assistance whatsoever.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My family is grieving the recent loss of my dad, a veteran who served this country with honor. My mother went to this post office to pick up his burial flag — something meant to represent the nation’s respect for his service and sacrifice. Instead of being met with compassion or support, she was treated with shocking rudeness and disrespect.
She was visibly emotional and in tears, and rather than showing an ounce of empathy, the employee spoke down to her, made unnecessary and dismissive remarks about her crying, and refused to release the flag — even after the funeral home confirmed they would provide the correct paperwork. The funeral home representative even advised her to leave because of how poorly she was being treated.
This behavior is inexcusable under any circumstances — but especially toward a grieving widow trying to honor her husband’s military service. No one should be spoken to or treated this way, especially not at such a vulnerable and sacred moment.
I sincerely hope management takes this seriously. No one else should have to go through something so heartless at a time like this. Our veterans — and their families — deserve far better.

I'm appalled at how this establishment's staff carries itself. If you're a military veteran or just someone mourning a loved one, I suggest going a different route seeing as they cannot show any form of respect to the ones that have passed on.

It’s been really frustrating lately. We have a new carrier. They keep leaving our packages on top of our mail box. And not coming to our door. Or left a redeliver notice or that we can pick it up at the Fortson post office. No we can’t. They did not take my redeliver notice I signed. They left it in my box .

I watched a post on YouTube where they were getting the police to violate a citizens civil rights. The postmaster's office, seen on police bodycam, was a disaster. She seems to run the whole facility similar. They are extremely ignorant of the USPS's policies, training seems be very lax.

Just ridiculous, waiting on checks to arrive..delivered!….but not here!Never got them, had to change bank account because of the incompetence of the carrier I guess…We will never know, but the checks wherever they may be are not any good now….. I guess it’s time to make payments electronically…It’s too bad,at this rate a lot of people will lose their jobs…..what I find interesting is this post office has terrible reviews from the stone ages..Why are they still there and allowed to ruin a postal experience is beyond me…..It’s not Rocket Science,it’s Mail…If you can read it goes from there to here….

Entirely lazy employees, refused to open doors at 9am and straight up looked at someone waiting at the door then walked away. Why say the time to open is 9am and then not let people in?
