“We had the pleasure of working with Mr Sharif, he was our personal Sales Consultant. His customer service was *Superb!!! Magic Custom Wheels & Tires didn't carry the model rims that we were seeking. So, we decided to give Mr Sharif an opportunity to show us similar tires and rims in their inventory that was comparable and available. We selected a set of rims that we happened to like better than the initial rims we inquired about! We are truly thankful for Mr Sharif expertise, knowledge and support! We love our new tires and rims, as well as; the compliments we've been receiving from others! In addition, to being attentive, Mr Sharif was very courteous, supportive, patient and professional. He has a positive and caring attitude. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He made us feel like we were a family member! We are extremely happy and comfortable referring all of our family and friends to Mr Sharif! We know, without a doubt, he will provide them with excellent customer service! We hope that Mr Sharif will be acknowledge and awarded for his outstanding customer service! He's definitely an asset and a welcome addition to Magic Custom Wheels & Tires! Kudos Mr Sharif!!! “If you want a wide variety of tire selection, and low prices and deals, this is the Tire Shop for you! They offer free flat repairs and air checks, too. If you do pull up for an air check, they kindly ask that you wait patiently, as no immediate member of their team might be able to assist you for a few minutes.”
