I regret getting service with this company. Most if not all customer service reps don't speak clear enough English. I'm told I have to go a week without internet without compensation...smh I thought that maybe they'd used some kind of translator on their computers...smh.

Goes out all the time. I'm forced to have a full days worth of no service today. Isn't that great. Glad I paid my money to these people. The lowest grade internet provider possible, should have gotten Verizon.
