“Lots of selection for many except me because I'm petite. Excellent prices on all kinds of clothing...deep discounts. Please include a petite section. Most people wore masks...pleasant workers. Clean dressing rooms.”

“I had the best experience at Boot Barn! I ordered a cowgirl hat from Mexico for my wedding, but when it arrived, it had lost its shape during shipping. Since I was getting married the very next day, I was starting to panic and didn’t know how I was going to get it fixed in time.
Thankfully, Diana was amazing and was able to reshape my hat beautifully. She did such an incredible job that it honestly looked even better than it did when I first received it! She completely saved the day and took so much stress off my shoulders before my wedding.
When I came back to pick it up, Skyler helped me and was just as kind and welcoming. Both Diana and Skyler provided outstanding customer service and made the whole experience so easy. Thanks to them, my cowgirl hat was absolutely perfect for my wedding day. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend Boot Barn!”

“With the right time like end of year or black friday or labor day sales, you will find good quality clothes for great price. I have found a great polo for 7 dollars about 4 years ago and i still have it and its in good quality. I have been buying shirts and pants from here when i get a chance.”

She also noticed that we were one graphic tee shirt short for one of the deals going on in that store, and let us know before we finished checking out, giving us one more lovely piece and a better price. “I would like to give a HUGE shoutout to manager, Anthony Waters, in the Commerce GA store. Recently my granddaughter and I were in the store. My granddaughter went into the fitting rooms and left the case for her Apple earpods in the fitting room. We live an hour away and realized this when were almost back home. When I first called the Customer Service line, I had the rudest guy with whom I have ever spoken--especially for someone in Customer Service. We finally gave up on him and decided to wait and call back the next morning. That's when we got Anthony. He is hands down one of the BEST Customer Service representatives with whom I have ever spoken. He went way above and beyond...even going through the fitting rooms personally to look for it. He did indeed find it and came back to let us know. He even offered to mail it back to my granddaughter. He did this the next day...and she received it the next day. When I offered to reimburse him for the shipping, he refused and said that he was just happy to help--even put the nicest note in the package when he mailed it. He says that he has been with H&M for (I believe) 17 years. If anyone from H&M is reading this review, you need to hold on to him. He is a treasure...and really personifies what both a manager and a Customer Service representative should look like! THANK YOU, ANTHONY WATERS! We will be coming back to that store soon!!! 10 STARS!!!”
