“Good deals on shoes. clothing is kind of a rip off to me. Not many sections for plus size, i wear a xl and it not many clothing for that. however great deals on shoes. Employees are a hit or miss with service. some are great and some just want to avoid everyone!”

“I had the best experience at Boot Barn! I ordered a cowgirl hat from Mexico for my wedding, but when it arrived, it had lost its shape during shipping. Since I was getting married the very next day, I was starting to panic and didn’t know how I was going to get it fixed in time.
Thankfully, Diana was amazing and was able to reshape my hat beautifully. She did such an incredible job that it honestly looked even better than it did when I first received it! She completely saved the day and took so much stress off my shoulders before my wedding.
When I came back to pick it up, Skyler helped me and was just as kind and welcoming. Both Diana and Skyler provided outstanding customer service and made the whole experience so easy. “Tons of discount on crocs of old styles to new styles. The deals are good and you get your money worth. However, the employees do need to do a lot better assisting and saying welcome etc. Not once i hear them say welcome or hello from the employees. They all seem very upset to be there but no problem to taking a purchase. I come here to get the best deals on shoes, but customer service could be better. it is a hit or miss here. there are times they have great customer service then they have horrible service.”

I had a pair on when I went in and Jed showed me identical in size and width , so off to checkout ! “Visited this location about 5 times and it’s always a hit! My most recent visit was on 1/1/26, and even with all the Christmas shopping just wrapping up, the store didn’t feel picked over or empty. Everything was very neat, organized, easy to shop, and which made the experience even better.
The prices were really good, with lots of sales still going on, and the selection was impressive. They had current and popular items like Nike Tech, Nike Pro, Jordan, LeBron, Giannis, Ja Morants, Vomeros, Dunks, Air Forces, Air Maxes, and more…plenty of options for both casual wear and performance gear.
The staff are always real chill and helpful. I’ve been in the sneaker game since the early 90’s, so I’ve visited numerous Nike outlets over these decades…some aren’t worth the time and this location is always a must stop for me whenever I’m traveling from NC to GA. Consistently great deals, solid inventory, and a clean, well run store. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. 2 thumbs up!!”

“I was visiting Georgia from out of state and had forgot my belt. So I stopped at this location and was genuinely shocked by the amazing customer service from the associate. I’m sorry I am not 100% sure of her name but I believe it was China. It was the afternoon hours of 03/28/2026. When I came inside the store she was assisting a customer and giving 110%. I haven’t seen that kind of sincere customer service in many years”
