The Nike Factory Store offers the greatest value with the best deals on a huge selection of Nike sneakers and apparel. Customers report getting multiple pairs of shoes, such as Nike Airs, at great prices for both adults and children. The store itself is described as nice. However, some customers note that the variety is a select assortment and expected a bigger selection for an outlet. Service experiences vary. One reviewer mentioned a very nice clerk at checkout, while another detailed a difficult return experience where a customer felt treated inappropriately and without assistance, ultimately leaving without a bag or a resolution. While many praise the prices and deals, leading to repeat visits, the inconsistent service and limited variety have caused some customers to reconsider it as a go-to store.
Meosha deserves her recognition for her amazing customer service. As soon as we walked into the building she was ready to help, she had an amazing attitude and made my shopping experience 10x better!
