I had struggles with Xfinity, but the workers at Verizon were very knowledgeable and informative to help me get everything I needed to a smooth transfer between providers!

I spent 1 hour 6 minutes on the phone w/tech support w/o resolution of my issue. I drove to the Verizon store and the gentleman working solved the issue in less than 3 minutes, courteously and efficiently. I hope mgmt gives this employee recognition for a job well done.
