“So many times Reviews are negative but I have the pleasure of living at The Rise now for 2 years and have enjoyed every day. Christina is such a wonderful manager. She truly cares about the residents here and has worked hard to make this community a proud place to call home. Today I had the pleasure to meet Cliff our new maintenance engineer. He was so kind and took care of my problem immediately with a smile and left me laughing and making sure my door was locked. That meant so much to me that I wanted to thank them both. Thank you!!”
“I love the staff they are very knowledgeable, professional and patient. When you put in a work order it usually only takes a couple of days for it to be completed and done correctly .The area is nice and clean and pretty quiet. It’s really been a good experience , first apartment I’ve had that makes me happy to come home. Because it does feel like home. I would definitely recommend here to anyone. Management has changed some but they still remain consistent.”
“They are very helpful, the apartments and lake are beautiful! I love the size of the master bedroom as well! They make sure to help you get the kind of unit you want too. Our tour was with Matteo, and he was outstanding!!!! He's very informative, helpful, and inspiring!”

“I would like to thank the management in the leasing office for there prompt and great work as well as the maintenance team. I have been there for 7 years and I have seen some changes some good some bad , but the team we have now is great the work they have put in it's amazing according to some of the things they came into. I see a difference they have fixed a lot of things but most of all when you go into the office.
They make you feel like you're the important one and they do their work diligently with greatness I would like to thank you for making my home.
