“Have always had a lot of respect for this shop. They do a lot of my non warranty work. They are thorough and will tell you when something needs fixing. They are busy and will probably have to leave and pickup. Prices are fair but not cheap. Hopefully my 14 yo Toyota will last many more.
My favorite story about them. Bought a used pickup and while checking out the man said to call Gibbs. They stated the pickup was serviced regularly and well taken care of. I bought for my kinfolks in north ga and they have had it for 15 years.”
“I've been getting 3 of my cars serviced at McCart's for the last 3 years and they always deliver! I'm not a big fan of dealerships. They always give you a laundry list of things that don't really need to be done and overcharge you! So, it's good to find a local independent mechanic that's honest, does great work, and provides great customer service! The staff at McCart's Auto Center are your guys!”
“Since the old mamager (Edwin) went to a new site, the service has been ok BUT today I didn't feel like going all the way to the other shop so I stopped for an oil change here in Conyers. Ricky took good care of my car...oil change, new filters, and check all the vitals. I drove 8hr with two teenage girls on a weekend trip and we had a blow out I was emotional and basically a wreck that far from home with a blow out this man and business was beyond just good customer service. “I went there today and I knew I wanted to have more sound coming from my 2023 3.6 v6 charger. I had an idea of what I wanted to do with it. But I also asked their expert opinion because I didn’t want it to have that awful tone that the v6 chargers tend to have. They set up what I asked for and let me hear it. It wasn’t enough sound, then then gave me options. I decided to just cut the back resonators off and pipe it out. They did a great job and plenty attention to detail. They were pleasant and they accommodated me well. The end set up was a super 10 flow master for the mid muffler and piping it out. I will be back. Mr. Paul and Brayden (hope I spelled it right) gave me high quality customer service. I will be back as I get more money with my other vehicles. I had a great time. It’s a family business, 35 years I believe, I’d love to see my son and family use this shop as the years keep rolling.”
“I went to his mechanic shop. He explained me his job and why my car keeps losing bolt. He tightened the bolt and he put something to lock that bolt to make sure I will not have issues again.”

“We’ve been doing business with L & A since they first opened. Every single time we have had excellent service. The first service they ever provided was replacing and engine for our 07 Ford Sports Trac. They help us find a low mileage motor for a wonderful price. That truck is still running good and strong.
We moved to AL in 2021 and on a visit back to Conyers we had vehicle issue in our Chevy Uplander. L & A immediately worked us in their schedule and had the car ready the same evening for us to be able to drive back to AL. As a mother with children who’s husband wasn’t present at the time. I assure you it was truly great being in good hand with L & A such a trusted company.
We have been driving back to Conyers for many repairs just to be serviced by L & A. They have earned my Trust my Respect and my loyalty as a customer. They are very competent in their knowledge of cars, they have competitive prices they are trustworthy and they have down to earth friendly and helpful customer service.
