“We had the best service from this place. Stranded in the interstate with a flat tire in a car with an uncommon tire type is the worst feeling. We called several places and could not find anyone with the brand and size tire for our car. When we called Mike's they said they didn't have that brand but we did have a set of tires that size and were willing to break up the set for us. It took a long time to get a tow, when we called mike's back to let them know we were still waiting on the tow truck they said "no problem we have your tire ready and waiting for you." We got there 30 minutes before closing and they had 4 guys waiting to help get our tire changed. The tire was changed and we were back on the road within 15 minutes of getting to the shop. The service and value are excellent and the staff is very nice!!”

“Let me set the scene for you: my husband and I were passing through town, 6 out of 10 hours through a road trip, and our car won’t start. It was essentially 5pm on a Friday, so we were preparing to have all of our travel plans upended, when I realize we were walking distance to a shop called Gearheadz, and they weren’t set to close for a few minutes yet. Out of the goodness of their hearts, Marcus and Terry decided that they would be willing to help us out, even though their shop was effectively closed. After the tow truck brought our car in, they were able to diagnose our issue no problem, fix it, and all the while treated us with kindness and positivity, even though we were the strangers making their week longer. We were able to finish our trip with no other issues, and could not have been in better hands than at Gearheadz! “I called Ginn CJDR dealership in Covington, Georgia in October. Trying to locate a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I had tried several dealerships in different states to find the right one without success. When I the Ginn dealership, Khadijah Florence was the salesperson who I was given. She was so helpful and understanding in my mission. Even though they did not have what we were looking for in inventory , she explained, she would keep looking and keep me updated every week, which she did. Unfortunately, we found one that was out of state, and I called her to let her know of our find. She was honestly happy for me, and went above and beyond in making a would-be customer a priority. Again, Ginn CDJR should be very proud to employ a sales person like Khadijah. I hope she gets all the credit for giving your dealership a great review. She’s exceptional in my eyes and set the standard high for other sales people. “Long story short, I was told by mechanic that I needed to get a new transmission. Brought my transmission into these guys and explain to them what the mechanic was telling me. And told them the cost I was quoted. They could’ve easily taken advantage, but they were very honest and instead of me spending $5000 for a new transmission they got me out of there spending about 250 bucks, and now it runs like new.I will take all my transmission issues back to these guys for life”
