If you ever need to open an account or have questions go visit Ms. Charlotte, She is very knowledgeable and she will take her time and explain things for you. We had an appointment and only waited about 3 mins. I highly recommend you visit this branch and speak with her.

I always visit early in the morning the minute it's open, that way I won't have to deal with the long time, whether inside the bank or going through the drive-thru. I don't have an issue with this location or the bank tellers.
