Horse park, holding failed attempt to cash my receipt my mystery shopper check, Chase Bank service was slow, confused what type account to open, giving business account teller personal info, she was slightly overwhelmed, but I remained calm during wait period, explaining that Chase Bank check needs approval by Chase Bank and giving like teller was office appropriate and shared her concern of reason to use Chase Bank as a depositor, her splaglish or mex embrace made me curious on how to handle transgressive fellow ism, was variant try to propose a business followup, talking I waiting area with Chase Bank customers had creditor resources locally, seeking a transport or remote business since, her lingual had my falling pay cut a shambles too, perhaps mixed jealousy of kind in branch was unspeakable used previously too lose monies, back and forth to recap deposit.

The drive up ATM machine has been down at least five weeks. There is a perpetual white, hand written sign on the machine declaring it is Out of Order. This is Chase Bank. There is no reason this issue should be lingering this long and when I went in to ask the personal banker about it, he gaslights and acts like it just went down. Stop allowing disfunctional equipment to linger this long in a predominantly Black community. This needs to be fixed!

The customer service is superb, but the ATM at this location has been broken for at least 6 months. That is ridiculous. The area that oversees this issue is doing a POOR job. This is a huge inconvenience for your community of customers. Where are we on your priority list??? When the the employees are asked, about an estimated repair date, absolutely no one can give an answer!A VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I came to open a business account with a rep. This rep did not ask much about my company nor our current or future goals. The rep tried to sign me up on the lowest business account offered without even knowing our current income or future projections. If the rep would have tried to gain some discovery about our company maybe it would have been a more productive meeting. The rep wasn't even knowledgeable about each account nor what they entail individually. If the rep at least knew how to guide the client, maybe this location wouldn't have an average 2 star rating.

I have been a longtime customer of Chase. Originally I was with Washington Mutual and when Chase bought them, I stayed with Chase and have been extremely satisfied. I travel a lot for work and have visited many locations and have never had an issue with any of the locations. I'm fact, quite the opposite. I have always had a superior experience at their locations. This particular Chase was no different. Very good service. I would definitely recommend this Chase or any of the Chase locations. I will give it five stars.

The ATMs at this location are always down and for people that work during the day it is a huge inconvenience. One or twice I can understand but this is an ongoing thing. I bank there often and 6 times out of the 10 time Ive gone the ATM has been down. FIX IT!!! There is not another Chase location near Conyers that I know of.

Bank was nearly empty and instead of helping me open up an account, the rep tells me I need to make an appointment. NO ONE WAS IN LINE! Taking my business somewhere else.

I have been calling for two days straight, many times, with no one answering. I would like to see better staff training. Answering phone calls is a part of the job. I wonder how much time the tellers spend on their cell phones.
