I am always a very kind person but this time I had a very unpleasant experience, the woman who served us named Nataly was angry and frustrated the whole time I asked her if the Skei watch was good and her answer was I don't know, I don't use it I don't like them....I think your response as customer service should have been different to investigate what you are selling....and I could understand that maybe you don't have the knowledge of the product but your character is not good for customer service. . I will definitely change companies.

NEW CUSTOMERS BEWAREThe young girl at front desk will up charge you without fully explaining what your paying for!Do not yet them add their overpriced screen protectors or cases to your new phone purchase, My family and I were told this addition was free and that was a complete lie. She made it seem like its a part of your purchase but it is NOT...When I nicely asked her about it, she had a crazy rude attitude. And completely lied about informing us of this. I have been a cricket customer for years and this is the worst interaction with an employee I've ever had.

Avery and Alex where amazing. With no answers from our home state cricket store. They were very welcoming us to help with a phone issue. Even though I got lost twice, they never seemed to get annoyed when I called twice for directions. I am very thankful to both of them for all their help. I would highly recommend and encourage anyone to go there. We passed up on two closer cricket stores because when we called they sounded very respectful and after the experience we had I can first hand say that not only were they respectful but they also we very professional. Thanks again Alex and Avery to help calm my wife and help with issues with her phone.

When It Comes To Customer Service The Supervisor Ms.MAE Definitely Has The Best! I Came By To Set Up New Service For My Son , The Store Was Packed With Atleast 5 People Ahead Of Me. I Waited And When I Tell You She Was Multitasking She Took Care All Of Us And Treated Each Customer With The Best Service. I Left This Review To MakeSure She Received The Public Recognition That She Deserves.
