CrossFit Rockdale is a welcoming and highly recommended gym. The trainers are very careful and encouraging, with great programming and coaching. It is very accommodating to new and seasoned CrossFitters and visitors. Members experience impressive changes in health, feeling strong and with a lot of energy. The Elements class is highly recommended for anyone new to CrossFit. It is a legit place to train, offering a life changing program and a gym to call home.

Great programming, people, and coaching. And very accommodating to new and seasoned crossfitters. Would highly recommend if you live close by and need a gym to call home or just dropping in.

The members and coaches are so nice and encouraging. Definitely, check out this box if you're looking to try a different type of workout or you're visiting.
