It's best early in the morning or very late with few customers. There's a loud-speaking attendant at the self-service checkout who has been very performative, selective kind treatment to customers, typically makes a scene with her over exuberant tone of voice. Quiet and calm is more professional.

I'm frustrated with your app. First off why so small print and why do I have to sign in 3 times then have to have a phone verification. Someone needs to rethink your pharmacy app. It's not customer friendly.
