“This is my community store and it is always clean, welcoming and friendly. I grocery shop about every two weeks and the store stock is always available and we'll put together. Management is always, present and helpful. Love the store”

“I visited CVS on 3/7/2023 at 2:30 and was served by 2 very nice ladies at the front cashier counter. They went out of their way to help me and even addressed me by my name as I left the store. Though I live near Loganville, they made me want to change my shopping location to their store. I'm grateful there are still individuals out there who believe in valuing their customers.”
“Special shout out to Benn, Keydra, and Cree (sorry if the names are spelled wrong), the first two from the pharmacy and the third from the meat department. My daughter had a panic attack about getting a flu shot, unfortunately felt, she has to get one bc she is susceptible to it (she got both strands last year and month apart). They took the time to give it to her while she screamed bloody murder, kept calm as she had a panic attack, and did everything they could to calm her down and bring her out of it- even grabbing some items to help with electrolytes or getting her up and moving. It was an extra 20 - 30 minutes that I am sure they did t have time for while working, but they did it anyway. There was one more, but I never caught her name for she helped at the beginning pre-shot phase.
Either way, I continue to go to Publix for this kind of service. They are generally good people and do care. Writing this review just to show how they went out of their way to help an embarrassed and stressed out mom (who is also afraid of needles) and a 12 year old girl with a panic attack.”
“They do their best with their work load. They never have what I'm looking for in stock, in the general store area, though. The pharmacy does the best they can for their extreme workload and understaffing.”
“When the automated refill system was faulty, I just reached out directly to the staff and they filled my prescription with-in 48 hrs (for a specialty script that usually takes at least that long just to ship). The location is convenient and each of my visits have had minimal wait times. I am very satisfied with this staff.”
“This review is for Gene in the pick up Department. Thank you for your customer service today. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good experience with this locations pick up option. I only selected this location today because of the availability of the items I needed. Gene was clearly overworked and maybe overwhelmed but did not complain. He shopped my order and called me with updates since there was a delay. He went over and beyond which exceeded my expectations for this trip. I hope this review is seen by management as I want to highlight the employees that truly make a difference in real time.”

“The CVS store located at, 3481 Honeycreek Rd., Conyers, GA, is my neighborhood store. They always greet me with a smile. They ask if I found all that I need. As a caretaker I have specific products that are important. This store makes a special effort to stock some of these products. On 06/25/26, Talia Jackson asked if I found everything that I needed? I once again told her no. This time seems to always be out of stock. She asked me to wait, went in the back & located 2 of the product needed!! This is one of the first reviews that I have posted for CVS. Ms. Jackson and others at the store are the reasons why.”
